摘要
引进职业经理人治理企业,已经成为民营企业转型与实现可持续发展的必然选择,但民营企业职业经理人却深处两难的境地,为此,必须以法律制度完善为基础,以运行环境优化为依靠,推进民营企业职业经理人走上健康的运行轨道。
In order to achieve a sustainable development,it has become an inevitable choice for private enterprises to introduce professional managers to manage companies.However,professional managers of private enterprises are in deep dilemmas.Thus,it needs to perfect legal system and optimize operating environment,so as to promote a healthy development of private enterprises' professional managers.
