摘要
民营经济已经成为拉动中国经济发展的重要引擎。然而,职业经理人流失问题却成为困扰民营企业健康发展的绊脚石。本文从宏观、中观和微观三个层面深入分析了民营企业职业经理人流失的原因,并提出了降低民营企业职业经理人流失的相关对策和建议。
Private capital economy has become the dynamic locomotive of the economic development in China. However, the draining of professional managers has become the stumbling block which perplexed private enterprises to develop healthily. This paper thoroughly analyze, from the macro, medium and micro views, the several reasons for the drain, and intimately puts forward certain policy and suggestion on reducing the drain.
