The Property-right Contract and Family-firm's Government Evolution

摘要本文在论证产权契约与家族企业所有权变迁内在联系的基础上,通过对家族企业治理结构特征及其一般演进规律的分析,构建出符合家族企业独特复合型契约行为的新型治理模式,并结合中国经济体制和传统儒家文化探讨了中国家族企业治理的变迁路径。 This paper describes the relationship between the property-right contract and the family-finn property-right vicissitude,based on which,the government structure characteristic of the family-finn and its general evolution process is analyzed. According to the analysis,this paper constructs a new government structure which conforms to the unique multi-skill contract behavior of the family-finns,and discusses the Chinese privately operated family-finn＇s government vicissitude way by combining with Chinese economic system and the traditional Confucianism culture.
