摘要
研究8－MOP与ATRA单独及联合应用时Mc3细胞周期的影响。方法：流式细胞仪测定细胞DNA含量，Multicycle软件分析细胞周期分布情况。结果：Mc3细胞经IC30的8－MOP与ATRA单色及联合处理5天以后，实验组均表现为G1／G0期细胞增加，G2＋M或细胞减少，S期细胞变化不规律。结论：8－MOP与ATRA单独及联合作用可抑制Mc3细胞有丝分裂。
To study the effects of 8-MOP or/and ATRA on Mc3 cell cycle distribu-tion. Methods: Mc3 cells were treated with 8-MOP or/and ATRA at the dose of IC30 for 5 d,then the DNA content of the cells was assayed byflow-cytometry, and the cell cycle distributionwas analysised With Multicycle software. Re-sults: After exposure to 8-MOP or/and ATRAthe number of the cells at G1/G0 phase increasedand those at G2+M phase decreased. Conclu-sion: 8-MOP or/and ATRA may inhibit mitosisof Mc3 cells.
