摘要
研究8－MOP与ATRA单独及联合应用对Mc3细胞的延迟抑制效应。方法：Mc3细胞IC30的经8－MOP、ATRA及二者联合应用5d后，去药接重新种培养，MTT法测定细胞生长曲线。结果：重新接种后5d内Mc3细胞表现为继续生长，而5天后却表现出生长曲线下降。结论：适当剂量的8－MOP、ATRA以及二者联合作用足够的时间对Mc3细胞可产生延迟性生长抑制作用。
To study the prolongedgrowth inhibitory effects of 8 MOP and/orATRA on Mc3 cells. Methods: Growth curvesof Mc3 cells were obtained by MTT assay afterthe cells had been treated with 8-MOP and/or A-TRA at IC30 for 5d. Results: The drugupreteated Mc3 cells kept growing in 5 days and then wasinhibited from day 5 to 7. Conclusion: 8-MOPand/or ATRA may inhibit Mc3 cells growth forsome time after drug-exposure.
