摘要
目的:研究8-MOP与ATRA单独及联合应用对Mc3细胞超微结构的影响。方法:扫描及透射电镜观察细胞形态结构的变化。结果:Mc3细胞经8-MOP与ATRA单独及联合作用5d以后,表面微绒毛减少,细胞表面由折皱状改变为平铺状,细胞伸展面积明显变大,胞核形态规则,核仁数目减少,ATRA组细胞外有网格状小体形成,二者联合应用组细胞有染色质凝聚及边集现象。结论:8-MOP与ATRA单独及联合应用可改变Mc3细胞的超微结构,使其趋向于正常细胞。
To study the Influences of 8-MOPe or/and ATRA on the ultrastructare ofMc3 Cells. Method: Mc3 cells were treated with8-MOP or/and ATRA at IC30 fpr 120hs, then theultrastructure of tbe cells was observed withscaning and transmission electron microscopes-Redta: Aner treatment cell surface changedfrom rugose into flat, and the extension dimen-sion enlarged obviously, the number of microvillion the suffece of cytomembrane decreased, thenucleus became regular, the number of nucleolardecreased, the reticular body was found in A-TRA group, and the chromatin condensation wasfound in 8-MOP and ATRA treated cells. Cou-dasbo: 8-MOP or/and ATRA may change themalwint phenotm of the ultrastructure of Mc3ceils.
