摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱同时测定银屑灵片中芍药苷和甘草酸含量的方法,采用正交设计法优选银屑灵片中芍药及甘草有效成分的提取工艺。方法:以芍药苷和甘草酸为指标,采用正交试验,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数等因素的影响,优化提取条件。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为:70%乙醇提取2次、每次提取0.5 h。结论:优选的提取工艺多种有效成分的提取率均较高,适用于生产。
Objective:Optimizing the extract process for Yinxieling tablet.Method:The content of peoniflorin and glycyrrhizic acid in the extract was used as the index,and the concentration was determined by HPLC.The concentration of alcohol,extract time and number of times were considered.The orthogonal test was used for optimization.Result:The optimum extract process was as follows:70% alcohol extracted for 0.5 h,the extract number of times was twice.Conclusion:The optimum process provided a high yield for both three components,and easy to carry out.
