摘要
目的优选参苓颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法醇提取工艺以出膏率、厚朴酚与和厚朴酚总含量为考察指标,水提取工艺以出膏率和甘草酸单铵盐含量为考察指标,分别采用正交设计法对其提取工艺条件进行优选。结果参苓颗粒醇提最佳工艺条件为加10倍量70%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1.5 h;水提最佳工艺条件为加12倍量水,煎煮2次,每次2 h。结论优选出的提取工艺科学合理,适合现代化大生产。
Aim To optimize the extracting technique conditions of shenling granules.Methods With the obtaining rate of extract and the total content of the magnolol and honokiol presented in the extract as the indexes for the ethanol extraction process,and with the obtaining rate of extract and the content of total glycyrrhizinic acid monoammonium salt presented in the extract as the indexes for the water extraction process,orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions for the extraction process respectively.Results The optimal conditions for the ethanol extraction of shenling granules was as follows: 10 times of 70% ethanol was added, reflux 3 times, 1.5 hours each time. The optimal process of the water extraction for shenling granules was to add water 12 times,decocting 2 times,2 hours each time. Conclusion The extracting method is reasonable, stable, and suitable to industrialized production.
