摘要
本文以积极心理健康教育为理论视角,在综述国外既有研究的基础上,述评了体育活动和运动在自尊、认知发展、学业成绩、社会性发展等方面的影响和作用。并且尝试性地从最佳运动量、强度、干预时间和活动类型等方面对促进积极心理健康的最佳体育活动水平进行了总结。
On the basis of research abroad, this article reviews PE activities and sport's effect on students' self - esteem, cognitive development, academic performance and social development from the perspective of positive mental health education. In addition, this article proposes the best PE level to promote positive mental health in terms of best amount and intensity of sport, intervention time and activity types.
