摘要
以真空冷冻干燥理论为基础,研究了香菇真空冷冻干燥工艺,并以此设计和确定了真空冷冻干燥设备主要性能参数和结构参数,为香菇真空冷冻干燥设备的研制及香菇干燥最佳工艺参数的取得奠定了基础。
This article,based on the theory of vacuum freeze-drying,researched the processing of letinus edodes vacuum freeze-drying,moreover designed and made sure the performance parameters and structural parameters of vacuum freeze-drying equipment,made the foundation of Letinus edodes vacuum freeze-drying’s research and letinus edodes drying’s optimal process parameters.
