摘要
比较了不同节木培养料对香菇子实体氨基酸含量及组分的影响。结果表明 :以野草为主料的配方②栽培的香菇子实体氨基酸含量较高 ,与对照木屑配方差异不大 ,人体必需氨基酸、支链氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸、甜味氨基酸、儿童氨基酸、芳香族氨基酸和含硫氨基酸的含量分别是对照木屑配方栽培香菇子实体的 99.3 8%、94.87%、90 .87%、95 .83 %、10 9.3 8%、96.99%和 14 0 .91%。
The effect of different culture composts on the amino acid content of L.edodes was compared. The results showed that L.edodes cultivated with the compost formula 2 had higher the content of amino acid, and its contents of essential amino acid, branched chain amino acid, delicious amino acid, sweet amino acid, children's amino acid, aromatic amino acid and sulfur-containing amino acid were significantly 99.38%、94.87%、90.87%、95.83%、109.38%、96.99% and 140.91% of L.edodes cultivated with the compost formula CK.
