摘要
介绍了热泵干燥的技术特点及近几年来国内外有关热泵干燥技术在农副产品干燥加工中的应用及研究现状,并对热泵干燥技术存在的问题及今后的发展方向作了简单的阐述.
An introduction was given on the technology characteristic of drying by heat pump and its application and current research in the agricultural byproducts processing. The current problems of the technology of drying by heat pump and its future developing direction were explained.
