摘要
本文简述了国内外近年来与蚕蛹相关的研究成果。包括蚕蛹多糖、蚕蛹蛋白、蚕蛹油、蚕蛹吸附材料、蚕蛹生物反应器、蚕蛹培养基等方面的应用研究概况。蚕蛹资源具有较高的开发价值和较广的应用途径。
The research on the application of silkworm pupa at home and abroad in recent years was briefly summarized in this paper. The ingredients including polysaccharide, protein and oil in silkworm pupa can be extracted and utilized as functional materials. And the silkworm pupa can also be applied in fields such as absorbent material, bioreaetor and animal feed. Silkworm pupa is a highly valuable resource and has wider application.
