摘要
蚕蛹虫草水煎剂灌胃给药，对小鼠具有镇静作用，能减少小鼠自主活动次数，协同戊巴比妥钠催眠作用，抗惊厥，提高耐疲劳能力；明显升高正常大鼠血浆皮质醇及睾丸酮含量，增加大鼠体重及包皮腺、精囊、前列腺的重量，而且增加去势大鼠精囊一前列腺重量，具有雄激素样作用。其作用性质及强度与冬虫夏草相似。
Cordyceps
militaris(L)Link’s decoction possesses a calmative effect on mice;when used in combination
with pentobarbital,it synergized the hypnotic action of the latter, ex-hibiting an anti-convulsive
effect,increasing the anti-fatigue ability of the experimental animals,and the plasm content of
cortisol and testesterone was elevated obviously. It increased not onlythe weight of the
preputial glands, the seminal vesicle and prostate, but also the seminal vesicle-prostate of the
castrated mice,exerting a male-hormone-like effect. The results showed that it’seffect is quite
similar to that of cordyceps sinesis(Berk)Sacc.
