蚕蛹蛋白缓解运动性疲劳的实验研究 被引量:14

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE ALLEVIATIVE EFFECT OF PROTEIN FROM SILKWORM PUPAE ON FATIGUE INDUCED BY EXERCISE

摘要 [目的]研究蚕蛹蛋白的缓解运动性疲劳作用。[方法]采用雄性ICR小鼠,蚕蛹蛋白按33.3、66.7、100.0ml/kg.bw连续灌胃30d,测定小鼠负重游泳时间、血乳酸、血清尿素氮和肝糖原含量、红细胞数目和血红蛋白含量、常压耐缺氧时间以及创伤愈合时间。[结果]3个蚕蛹蛋白组小鼠负重游泳时间显著长于空白对照组(P﹤0.05)。3个蚕蛹蛋白组小鼠游泳后0min血乳酸含量低于对照组(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01);8.4g/kg.bw蚕蛹蛋白组小鼠游泳后20min血乳酸含量低于对照组(P﹤0.01);8.4g/kg.bw和12.5g/kg.bw蚕蛹蛋白组小鼠3个时点血乳酸曲线下面积低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01)。4.2g/kg.bw蚕蛹蛋白剂量组肝糖原含量显著高于空白对照组(P﹤0.05)。4.2g/kg.bw蚕蛹蛋白组小鼠红细胞数量和血红蛋白含量高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。8.4g/kg.bw蚕蛹蛋白组小鼠耐缺氧时间长于对照组(P﹤0.05)。4.2g/kg.bw蚕蛹蛋白组小鼠伤口愈合天数少于对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]蚕蛹蛋白具有缓解运动性疲劳的作用。 [Objective] To study the alleviative effect of file protein from silkworm pupae on fatigne induced by exercise.[ Methods] Male ICR nuee recruited to continuous lavage for 30 days at the dosage of 33.3ml/kg.bw, 66.7ml/kg.bw and lO0.0nd/kg.bw, then loaded swimming time, blood lactic acid, glycogen itl hver, serum urea nitrogen, red blood cells, hemoglobin contents and anti-hypoxia ability as well as wound healing time were detenmined. [ Results] The loaded swimming time among the three protein of silkworm pupa groups was significantly longer than control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The content of lactic acid in blood in three protein of silkworm pupa groups at the time of 0 rain after swimming ;vas significantly lower than that in controls (P〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). The content of lactic acid in blood in protein of silkworm pupa group with 8.4 g/kg.bw at the time of 20 mtn was significantly lower than controls (P 〈 0.01 ); The areas under curve of lactic acid in blood in protein of silkworm pupa groups with 8.4g/kg.bw and 12.5 g/kg. bw of three times were significantly lower than those in control ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). The content of hepatic glycogen in protein of silkworm pupa group with 4.2 g/kg.bw was significantly higher than that of control (P〈 0.05). The number of red blood cell and content of hemoglobin in protein of silkworm pupa group with 4.2 g/kg.bw was significantly higher than that of controls (P 〈 0.05). The anti-hypoxia time in protein of silkworm pupa group with 8.4g/kg. bw was significantly higher than controls (P 〈 0.05). The day of wound healing in protein of silkworm pupa group with 4.2g/kg. bw was significantly lower than that in controls (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] The protein from silkworm pupae could alleviate physical fatigue induced by exercise.
