摘要
研究了热处理工艺对ZA27合金组织、力学性能及冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,热处理工艺对ZA27合金的显微组织、力学性能有一定的影响,获得综合力学性能最佳的工艺为360℃×14h固溶处理后空冷。
Abstract The influence of heat treating process on the mechanical properties and microstrutures of ZA27 alloy has been studied in this paper. The results show taht the heat treacment has a great influence on the microstructures and mechanical properties. Optimizing process for mechanical properties is solution treatment at 360℃ for 14 hours and then air cool.
