摘要
铸造高铝锌合金具有优良的力学性能,耐磨性能,应用广泛。概述了目前国内外对高铝锌基合金性能的研究现状,论述了热处理及半固态热处理、变质剂及细化剂对高铝锌合金性能的影响,综合论述了国内外在稀土及混合添加剂对高铝锌合金作用的研究进展进展,并对高铝锌合金以后的发展进行了展望。
Casting high Al-Zn alloy has perfect mechanical property and wear resistance property,which is widely used.The research actuality of high Al-Zn alloy property in China and abroad is summarised,the influence of heat treatment,semisolid heat treatment,alterative and grain refiner on the property of the alloy is discussed,the reasearch state of effect of rare earth and mixture additive on the alloy property in China and abroad is summarised,and the development of the alloy is forecasted.
