摘要
研究铜对ZA12合金组织结构的作用 ,探讨铜对合金摩擦磨损性能的影响。随着铜添加量的变化 ,摩擦磨损性能有显著的改变。
By means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, the effect of adding Cu on the microstructures and phase of ZA12 alloy were studied. Influence of adding Cu on the friction and wear properties of ZA12 alloy were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the friction and wear properties of the alloys obviously change with increasing amount of Cu addition. While adding 7%Cu, the wear resistance and friction factor of the alloys decrease; While adding 9%~11%Cu, the wear resistance and friction factor of the alloy increase.
