摘要
采用颗粒增强法提高高铝锌基合金的性能,研究了稀土氧化物强化的ZA40合金的摩擦磨损性能,并与普通ZA27合金及铸造铅青铜合金作比较。结果表明,采用稀土氧化物强化后的ZA40合金在低速、重载条件下具有较好的摩擦磨损性能,但不适于在干摩擦条件下工作。
The performances of high Al Zn-based alloy were improved adopting the particle strengthening method. The friction and wear performance of ZA40 alloy strengthened by rare earth oxide was studied, and compared with the ZA27 alloy and casting lead bronze. The results show that the Zn-Al alloy strengthened by rare earth oxide has good friction-wear performance under the low velocity and over loading. But, it is not suitable to unlubrication friction.
