摘要
研究了Ti对高Al-Zn合金组织性能的影响,确认加Ti处理后高Al-Zn合金中异质晶核的存在,并分析测定了异质晶核的化学成分与晶体结构在此基础上提出了Ti细化高Al-Zn合金α′相的机理:异质晶核是立方体质点Al_5Ti_2Zn相。
The plasticity and toughness of as-cast high Al-Zn alloy may be obviouslyimproved by Ti modification. In the modified alloy, the heterogeneous nuclei, causing the re-finement of α'-phase, were observed to be ternary compound of single cubic Al_5Ti_2Zn withlattice parameter a=0.3959±0.0003 nm, not flaky or brocky Al_3Ti as generally expected.
