氧化铝模板二步法制备工艺的改进

A New Method for Preparation of Alumina Oxide Template

摘要 采用两步氧化法制备多孔氧化铝模板,讨论了电压对模板质量的影响,并用扫描电镜对其进行了表征。结果表明:所得模板的孔洞均匀、有序,其典型的孔径为40~70 nm,孔间距在110 nm左右。 Anodic aluminum oxide template was prepared by a two-step method and the effect of voltage on the template was discussed and the appearance of the template was analyzed with SEM. Both the distribution and the size of the pores are regular. The pore size is about 40-70 nm and the pores spacing is about 110 nm.
