摘要
建立了快速测定北虫草及其制品中虫草素的含量测定方法。采用ApolloC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm);流动相甲醇(10%～40%)—水(90%～60%),30min内梯度洗脱;流速1.0ml/min;检测波长260nm。在此液相条件下,虫草素在浓度0.05～0.25mg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);仪器精密度考察RSD为1.65%;稳定性考察RSD为0.51%;重现性考察RSD为0.70%;加样回收率试验RSD为1.25%。结果表明,该法测定北虫草及其制品中虫草素的含量,快速准确,重现性好。
A rapid detection method of cordycepin in Cordyceps militaris（L.）Link.with HPLC was established.The column was Apollo C18 （250mm×4.6mm）and mobile phase was methanol（10%-40%）-water（90%-60%）with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min in 30 min and detection wavelength of 260 nm.The linear range was 0.05-0.25mg/ml （r=0.9999） for cordycepin.Instrument precision inspection RSD was 1.65%,Stability RSD was 0.51%,reproducibility study RSD was 0.70% and recoveries test RSD was 1.25%.The results showed that the determination of cordycepin in Cordyceps and its products was fast,accurate and reproducible.
