摘要
优化北虫草固态发酵培养基以提高菌丝体中虫草素产量。通过单因素试验和正交试验,以虫草素产量为指标,研究培养基基质、液料比、营养液中碳源、氮源和金属离子对虫草素产量的影响并对其进行优化。结果表明:北虫草固态发酵的最佳培养基组成为大豆粉与麦麸质量比4:1、液料比39:30(V/m)及营养液中葡萄糖10g/L、牛肉膏2g/L、硫酸锰0.3g/L,在此条件下虫草素产量达5499.12μg/g。
The medium constituents for product celium cordycepin by cordyceps militaris in solid state fermentation were optimized. The effects of medium matrix, liquid mass ratio, and content of carbon source, nitrogen source and metal ion in nutrient solution on the cordycepin yield have been studied by single factor and orthogonal tests. Results suggested that the optimal medium constituents were soybean meal: wheat bran 4:1, liquid mass ratio (39:30)(mL/g), glucose 10g/L, beef extract 2g/L and manganese sulfate 0.3g/L in nutrient solution, The optimized conditions resulted in cordycepin yield was 5499.12μg/g.
