摘要
为测定人工蛹虫草子实体及培养基中的虫草素,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以十八烷基硅烷键合相硅胶为固定相;磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH6.5)-甲醇(85∶15)为流动相;检测波长260nm;其流速为1mL/min。结果是人工蛹虫草子实体中虫草素含量在1.11%~1.44%之间,平均值为1.29%,RSD为9.6%。天然冬虫夏草中仅测得痕量虫草素。结果表明:不同的人工蛹虫草样品中虫草素含量有一定差异,且高于天然冬虫夏草。
In order to determine the content of Cordycepin in sorophore of cultured Cordyceps militaris L.Link and medium.HPLC method was used for determination of Cordycepin on C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer solution (pH6.5)methanol (85∶15) and detection wavelength was 260 nm.The content of Cordycepin in sorophore of cultured Cordyceps militaris L.Link is between 1.11%~1.44%, the average is 1.29%,RSD is 9.6%.Trace quantity Cordycepin was detected in natural Cordyceps sinensis.The contents are different in different samples of Cordyceps militaris.They are all higher than Cordyceps sinensis.
