摘要
虫草素(Cordycepin)是一种具有广泛生物活性和药理作用的脱氧核苷类似物质,其药用价值及生物活性的多样性逐渐被人们认识,近几年成为全世界的研究热点之一。综述了虫草素的来源、结构、功能作用及利用开发等现状,并展望了其应用前景。
Cordycepin is a kind of nucleoside analogue,it has broad biological activities and pharmacological effects,and its medicinal value and the diversity of biological activity are gradually recognized in recent years and become a hot topic in the world.In this paper,the source,structure,function,exploitation and use of cordycepin were summarized,and its application prospects were discussed.
