摘要
将北虫草剩余培养基中提取的结晶与3′-脱氧腺苷等7种物质比较,证明结晶与标准品的紫外特征一致,相关系数为0.9996。两者的红外光谱相同、液相色谱为单一峰,纯度大于98％。
Extracted crystal from the remained cordyceps militaris and compared with seven kinds of materials , such as 3'-deoxyadenosine, it is proved that the crystal is identical to the ultra-violet charateris-ties of the standard one's, the related coefficient is 0. 9996. Both infrared spectrums are the same. Liq-arl cbromatographies are all in the single spike potential, the purity is the same with the standard one' s, and is more than 98%.
