摘要 【目的】羧甲基壳聚糖粉在大鼠腹腔内粘连模型中的作用及机制。【方法】将60只SD大鼠随机分成3组,羧甲基壳聚糖组(n=20)、透明质酸钠组(n=20)和对照组(n=20),比较3组大鼠在术后2周、3周时腹腔粘连发生率和程度,并用光学显微镜对大鼠腹腔内粘连标本及腹膜反应程度进行病理观察,通过免疫组化方法检测转化生长因子β(TGF—β1)在粘连组织中的表达情况。【结果】对照组各时限点发生腹腔内粘连的概率和粘连程度最高,透明质酸钠组次之,羧甲基壳聚糖组最轻。【结论】羧甲基壳聚糖防粉能明显减少大鼠术后腹腔内粘连的发生。 [Objective]To explore the role and mechanism of carboxymethyl chitosan in preventing peritoneal adhesion in rats. [Methods] Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into carboxymethyl chitosan group( n = 20), sodium hyaluronate group( n = 20) and control group( n = 20). The degree and incidence of adhesion at 2 weeks and 3 weeks after operation were compared among 3 groups. The pathologic reaction of the peritoneum was observed under microscope. At the same time, the expression of transforming growth factor-beta (TGF β1) in adhesive tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry method. [Results]The incidence and the degree of adhesion in the control group were highest, and those of the sodium hyaluronate group was the second, and those of the carboxymethyl chitosan group was the lowest. [Conclusion] Carboxymethyl chitosan can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative intra-abdominal adhesion in rats.
