几丁糖预防术后肠粘连疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 【目的】观察几丁糖预防术后肠粘连的临床效果。【方法]243例胃肠道恶性肿瘤手术患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组121例应用几丁糖预防术后肠粘连,对照组122例术后直接关腹。【结果】治疗组6例(4.96%)发生粘连性肠梗阻,对照组25例(20.49%)发生,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组分别有8例和12例本院再手术,比较两组腹腔粘连程度,治疗重度粘连显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】医用几丁糖能有效减轻腹腔粘连程度及预防肠粘连的发生。 [Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of chitosan for the prevention of postoperative ankylenteron. [Methods] Totally 243 patients undergoing the surgery of gastrointestinal malignant tumor were randomly divided into chitosan group and control group. The chitosan group( n=121) received chitosan for preventing postoperative ankylenteron, and the control group( n=122) underwent the closure of the abdomen after surgery. [Results] Six cases in chitosan group and 25 cases in control group occurred adhesive intestinal obstruction, and there was significant difference between two groups( P 〈0. 05). Eight cases in chitosan group and 12 cases in control group underwent re-operation. There was significant difference in the severity of abdominal adhesion between two groups( P〈0.05). [Conclusion] Medical chitosan can effectively reduce the severity of abdominal adhesion and prevent the incidence of ankylenteron.
