研究贵州十种名优茶的理化特性,包含一般营养成分、生化指标以及某些特性之间的相关关系,并与国内名优茶作了比较.
Authors have studied the physical and chemical charateristices of 10 kinds of famous and good-quality tea of Guizhou province,which includes: nutritive composition, index of biochemistry, and their relationship. The comparison have been made with other provinces' teas.
