摘要
按新资源食品开发的要求,对经过一定程序加工后的湖南城步三叶虫茶及其寄主植物三叶海棠的生物安全性进行了检测(包括小鼠胸骨髓微核试验、Ames微生物试验和急性经口毒性试验).同时测定了三叶虫茶主要物质成分、有毒矿质元素、营养矿质元素、维生素C及各种氨基酸的含量,并综合有关文献报道,对它们的功能进行了全面评价.从理论上证实了经过一定程序加工后的三叶虫茶及其寄主植物三叶海棠对人体无毒,前者含有多种足量的营养成分。
The biological safety of Sanye Insect Tea and its host plant Malus sieboldii R. was tested,including the tests of medullary micronucleus of rates,Ames microbiology and acute toxity.The major toxical mineral,nutritive minerals,vitamin C and amino acids and their contents were also tested.It was confirmed the Sanye Insect Tea and Malus sieboldii R. were not toxic to humen beings after some process.Sanye Insect Tea contend many nutritive components and might be processed into a keep fit beverage.
