摘要 对我国虫茶的应用范围及现代研究等方面进行调查,为进一步的深入研究和开发提供参考。虫茶是由昆虫取食植物后经过特殊的"生物反应"所产的排泄物,历史悠久,是我国西南少数民族的传统茶饮,也是我国的传统出口商品,具有清凉祛暑、健脾胃、助消化等功效。现代研究表明,虫茶对于三高(高血压,高血脂,高血糖)具有很好的预防作用,是预防慢性代谢性疾病很好的研究对象。目前,由于虫茶多为农家各户自己收集,不仅寄主植物种类多样化,产茶昆虫也不单一,因而对不同虫茶的原植物和形成虫茶的化学、药理和适用人群进行深入规范化的研究十分必要。 Insect-tea has been used in the minority areas in the southwest of China for a long history, it is a traditional Chinese product exported to Southeast Asia countries. It is made of the feces after the larvae eating leaves and branchesand is so called insect-tea because of its similar drink way to tea. Insect-tea is used as a refreshing drinking in summer to detoxify and hel Pdigestion locally. Modern pharmacological research proved that Insect-tea has the activities such as anti-diabetes, regulate blood lipid and hypertension. Therefore, it is a promising tea drink to prevent and treat chronic metabolic disease. The insect-tea producing is now mainly relied on the farmhouse collection, the tea-producing insect and feeding plants are not single. Therefore, the in-depth study on the standardization and normalization is necessary and urgent.
