讨论了一种天然食品保鲜剂的制备方法及其性能测试结果.这种保鲜剂是以天然物槐米为主要原料,具有安全可靠,脱氧效果好等优点.
The preparing methond and performance test of a natural product for fresh food preservation are discussed, which mainly consists of natural sophorine. This product has advandages of safty in use and has a good deoxidize performance.
