摘要
目的测定脑心舒口服液中10羟基-2-癸烯酸的含量。方法高效液相色谱法：十八烷基硅炕键合硅胶；流动相为甲醇-水0．03mol·L^-1盐酸（55：35：10）；流速为1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长为210nm，进样量10μL，柱温为室温。结果在0．212-1．272μg对照品质量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为Y=4．506×10^3X-1．396×10^4，r=0．9999。平均回收率100．1％，RSD=0．76％（n=6）。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、可作为质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a determination method for 10-hydroxyl-2-decylenic acid in Naoxinshu oral liquid. Methods An HPLC method with ODS C18 column was used. Methanol water-0.03 mol·L^-1 hydroehloride （55 ： 35 ：10） was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The deterction wave-length was 210 nm. Results The detection range was 0. 21241. 272μg. There was a good linear relationship between consistency and apex-area. The regress equation was Y： 4. 506 ×10^3X-1. 396×10^4 , r=0.999 9. The recovery of the added sample was 100. 1% and RSD=0.76% （n=6）. Conclusion This method is simple and reliable in the quality control of Naoxinshu oral liquid.
