摘要
目的:建立楮实子总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:以薯蓣皂苷为对照品,采用分光光度法,高氯酸显色,在407nm处测定吸光度,计算楮实子中总皂苷的含量。结果:薯蓣皂苷的质量浓度在8.04~40.20μg.mL-1与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.8%(n=9),RSD=2.01%;楮实子中总皂苷平均含量为0.48%(n=10),RSD=1.88%。结论:建立了楮实子中总皂苷含量测定方法,此方法简便、准确,稳定性、重现性好,可用于楮实子的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the determineation methods of total saponins from fructus broussonetia. Methods: Selecting dioscin as control article, colorating with perchloric acid, determining absorbability in the point of 407nm by spectrophotometric method, then calculating total saponins in fructus broussonetia. Results: The calibration curve was linear over the range of 8.04 -40. 20μg· mL^-1 with the correlation of 0. 999 8. The average recoveries of dioscin was 99.8% ( n = 9 ), RSD = 2. 01%. The contents of total saponins were 0. 48% ( n = 10) ,RSD = 1.88%. Conclusion: The methods were fast,accurate,reliable and suitable for analysis of total saponins. It can be applied to the quality control of fructus broussonetia.
