介绍了等离子体化学热处理、阴极溅射、离子镀、离子注入和等离子喷涂等等离子体表面改性技术现代工艺方法的工作原理、研究现状、发展趋势以及其在中国模具工业中的应用。
This paper introduces the main technique of plasma surface modification such as plasma heat treatment,sputter deposition,ion plating,ion implantation and plasma spraying,their basic principles,features,present situation and the development trend. In addition,the status for their industrial applications in die manufacturing are involved.
