摘要
本文报道了原子吸收分析用的阴极溅射原子化器的设计构造。研究了放电参数、吸光度之间的关系。利用该原子化器直接分析铜合金中Ni,Al和镍基合金中的Ti、Al。相对标准偏差为1—2%。
A nevel cathodic sputtering atomizer designed specifically for direct atomic absorption spectrometnc analysis is described. The relationship between discharge parameters and absorbance is discussed. Additionally, recording sputtering rate with a piezoelectric microbalance, direct quantitative analysis was performed for the determination of Ni, Al in copper-base and Ti, Al in Nickel-base alloys。 The relative standard deviation varies from 1% to 2%.
