摘要
教师的课程意识在新课程改革中起着重要的作用。课程意识要求教师要更新传统的学生观、教材观和专业发展观,对课程的本质、规律与特征有全面的认识。教师课程意识的形成会经历同化、顺应、平衡的过程,产生焦虑无助、冲突适应和创造再生的不同阶段。教师课程意识的建构需要得到专家、同事、学校、社会和自我研究的支持。
Teachers'curriculum consciousness is playing the vital role in the new curriculum reform,which requests teachers to renew the traditional concepts of students, textbooks and professional development, and to realize comprehensively the essence, the rule and the characteristic of the new curriculum. In the formation of curriculum consciousness, teachers will experience the process of assimilation, compliance and balance, in which such stages as anxiety and helplessness, conflict adaptation, and recreation will arise. Therefore the construction of teachers'currlculum consciousness needs support from experts, colleagues, schools, society and self-research.
