摘要
经济全球化及企业竞争加剧,越来越多的企业实施更加灵活的宽带薪酬模式用以吸引人才、留住人才。与传统薪酬相比,宽带薪酬具有明显的优势。建立宽带薪酬制度需要具备相应的环境条件,实施宽带薪酬制度时应注意有关的问题。
With economic globalization and business competitive intensification, more and more enterprises implement a more flexible model for the broad band pay in order to attract and retain talents. The article expatiates on the concept of broad band pay, advantages over the traditional one, and suggests the environmental conditions that broad band pay system should have. It also points out the problems that attention should be paid to while implementing the pay system.
