摘要
宽带薪酬作为一种新型的薪酬模式备受国内企业关注。在阐明宽带薪酬内涵及其现实意义的基础上,对宽带薪酬模式的适用性进行了分析,指出扁平化的组织结构、科学的绩效考核体系、强调公平的企业文化以及完善的激励机制是企业实施宽带薪酬所应具备的基本条件。
As a new compensation type, broadbanding attracts much attention of domestic corporations. Base on the connotation and meaning of broadbanding, this paper mainly analyses the applicability of broadbanding, and finds out that oblate organization structure, scientic performance appraisal, evenhanded organization culture and mature motivation system are the basic factors for those businesses which will use broadbanding in their companies.
