摘要
对公共体育场馆公益与经营效益进行评估是提高公共体育场馆管理水平,促进场馆公益得到较好实现的重要手段之一。公共体育场馆的公益效益评估包括群众利用场地休闲娱乐、群众体育活动、为竞技运动服务、为学校服务,举行公众集会等方面,经营效益评估包括营业收入、营业支出、财务状况、净利润等方面。通过问卷调查、因子分析并结合逻辑推理方法建立以基层运动训练、高水平运动竞赛、群众体育、经费自给率、全员劳动生产率、成本费用利润率为主的公共体育场馆公益与经营效益评估指标体系。
The evaluation of benefit of commonweal and management of commonality stadium and gymnasium is an important way of improving management level of commonality stadium and gymnasium, and promoting commonweal of stadium and gymnasium. The evaluation of the benefit of commonweal includes amusement of crowd, physical exercise, service for athletics sports and schools, holding congregation etc. The evaluation of the benefit of management ineludes earning and payout of business, financial affairs, retained profits etc. Through questiormaire investigation, factor analysis and logic reasoning, we establish the evaluation index system of commonality stadium and gymnasium commonweal and management benefit which mainly includes base sports training, high-level competition, mass sport, ratio of self-financing, productivity and profit margin of cost.
