摘要
大型体育场馆融资模式是指在大型体育场馆的运营当中,为了筹集大型体育场馆建设与后期经营管理资金而采取的各种融资方式。大型体育场馆融资模式是大型场馆运营管理模式的重要组成部分,解决好融资问题有利于场馆运营的健康良性发展。通过文献资料、比较分析等方法,对我国大型体育场馆融资模式现状进行总结与梳理,然后对各种不同类型的融资模式进行优劣分析,最后展望我国大型体育场馆融资模式的发展趋势并提出对策建议。研究结论对我国未来大型体育场馆的融资模式选择有一定的借鉴和指导作用。
Mode of fund-raising refers to means and ways to raise fund for the eonstruetion and later management of large stadiums. It is one of integrated parts of management and would be helpful to normal operation of these stadiums if financing goes smoothly. This research, aided by documents consultation, comparative analysis, was meant to summarize and then specify the problems confronting financing status quo of large stadiums in China. It was followed by analysis of pros and cons given by different modes. The proposals were accordingly offered for developmental trend which China shall take. Hopefully, the research result would shed light on how to choose the proper mode for fund-raising in this country in the days to come.
