摘要
构筑低成本高质量的体育公共服务供给体系是服务型政府的重要命题。以PFI融资模式的制度创新为视角,以PFI与BOT比较为方法,从BOT向PFI转换的可行性研究中探索体育公共服务供给的低成本路径。
To build low-cost high-quality supply system of public services sports is an important proposition in service-oriented government.In this article,PFI financing model for the perspective of institutional innovation,as a method of comparison PFI with the BOT,PFI conversion from the BOT to explore a low-cost path about the supply of public services sports.
