摘要
采用文献资料法等研究方法就政府在场馆设施供给中的主导作用进行了研究。认为虽然政府可以将场馆设施的生产角色交由民间机构行使,但政府在场馆设施供给中仍应发挥主导作用,而且有其必然性,其主导作用主要表现在规划制定、供给决策、协调服务、制度支持、资源配置、市场监管和权益保护等方面。
By mainly applying the method of the documents,it researches the guided role that the government plays in the provision of the sport facilities.The paper things that the government may transmit the role of the production of the sport facilities to the private organization,but it also need to play the guided role in the provision of that,and it has the inevitability.The role mainly perform in the formulation of the guide,the decision of the provision,the coordination and the services,the supported system,the resource allocation,the market regulation,the protection of right and so on.
