摘要
在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应曲面法对槲皮素与醋酸锌络合反应的工艺参数进行优化。响应曲面分析结果表明,反应温度,反应时间以及体系的pH值对槲皮素锌的产率存在显著的相关性,通过典型分析得到优化的络合反应条件为:反应温度为43℃,反应时间72min,pH9.3,在此条件下产率的理论值达86.7%。验证实验最大产率为82.93%。且槲皮素-锌在水中的溶解度为811.20μg/mL比原槲皮素的溶解度增大了169倍。
Based on the results of single factor,a three level cential central composite factorial design was employed combining with response surface methodology (RSM)to optimize the complexing conditions for making quercetin-zinc complex. A mathematical model was then developed to show the significant effect of temperature,time,pH and their interactions on the yield of quercetin-zinc complex. Typical analysis was used to estimate that a maximal yield of quercetin-zinc complex could be obtained when temperature, time and pH was 43℃ ,72 min and 9.3. The theoretic yield was 86.7% ,and the experiment result was 82.93%. The solubility of the complex in water was 811.20 ug/mL,which was 169 times more than quercetin.
