摘要
目的:优化槲皮素铜配位化合物的合成条件。方法:采用正交试验对槲皮素与乙酸铜络合反应的工艺参数进行优化。结果:反应温度对槲皮素铜配合物的产率具有显著影响,通过方差分析得到优化的络合反应条件为:槲皮素与乙酸铜摩尔质量配比为1∶1,在60℃络合反应30min,产率为82.10%。结论:该工艺稳定可行,槲皮素铜配合物产率较高。
Objective :To optimize the synthesis of quercetin Cu complex. Methods :The synthesis process was employed with ortbogonal design to optimize the complexing conditions for making quercetin Cu complex. Results:A mathematical model was then developed to show the significant effect of temperature on the yield of quercetin Cu complex. The analysis was used to estimate that a maximal yield of quercetin Cu complex could be obtained when the molar ratio of quercetin to cupric acetate was 1 : 1 ,temperature was 60℃ and time was 30min. The yield of quercetin - Cu complex was 82.10%. Conclusion:The extraction process is stable and feasible.
