摘要
为探讨槲皮素与硒的反应条件,合成槲皮素-硒配合物,从槐米中提取芦丁,再进一步酸水解制得槲皮素,槲皮素乙醇溶解后加入硒酸铵,水浴搅拌回流后抽滤、洗涤、干燥,对其进行紫外、红外光谱测定。结果表明:槲皮素和硒酸铵在乙醇溶液中,在pH2.5反应液中于30℃反应6h时能够形成配合物。经紫外、红外光谱测定推测其结构,槲皮素的B环和C环形成硒配合物的可能性较大。
To investigate conditions of the chemical reaction between quereetin and selenium to get quereetin--selenium complex, rutin was extracted from the bud of Sophora japonica, and then quereetin was prepared by hydrolyzing indirectly the solution of rutin crystal with sulfuric acid. The quercetin and selenium complex can be prepared by quereetin and ammonium selenium which served as raw materials reacted with each other under certain conditions. The complex of quereetin and selenium were studied by UV and IR spectrophotometry. The synthesis of quereetin and ammonium seleni- um has been tested when it was in ethanol solution for six hours, pH 2.5, the temperature at 30 ℃. The structures of the complex have been confirmed by UV and IR,it may be form quercetin-selenium complex in B and C ring of quercetin.
