摘要 用盐酸浸取火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定小麦和玉米中锌、铁的含量,并与国标法比较无显著性差异.结果显示:玉米中铁和锌的含量高于小麦;在精加工过程中铁、锌含量均降低;用盐酸浸取测定玉米和小麦中的中的锌和铁,简便易行,准确度高,适用与粮食样品中锌铁的测定. Determination of Zn and Fe in wheat and maize by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry after its extraction with hydrochloric acid was studied in the paper. The result by this method agreed well with the result of GB standard method. The result showed that the contents of Zn and Fe in wheat were higher than that of maize. The contents of Zn and Fe will decrease during precision process of wheat and maize. This method has good extraction effect and good accurate, and it is simple to operate. The method can be used to determine the content of Zn and Fe in grains.
