摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱仪-二极管阵列检测器法测定饮料中总VC的含量的检测方法。研究其更准确的定性方法。方法:将样品与二硫苏糖醇衍生化反应后,用pH为2.5的磷酸二氢钾缓冲液为流动相,以ZORBAX SB-Aq色谱柱分离。结果:该分析方法具有快速简便的特点,平均回收率为94.3%,相对标准偏差为5.35%,最低检出浓度为0.004 mg/ml。结论:该方法灵敏,准确度、精密度等其它方面也能够达到良好的效果,且简便、快速,易于普及,适用于纯果汁饮料中总抗坏血酸的快速测定。
Objective: A rapid and simple analysis for the identification/quantification of Vc in fruit drinks by high - performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a photo -diode array detector was established. Methods:The samples were reduced by dithiothreitol before HPLC analysis. A ZORBAX SB - Aq column with a mobile phase of potassium dihydrogen phosphate ( pH 2. 5) solution was used for the HPLC determination. Results :The average recoveries were 94. 3% ,RSD = 5. 35% with detection limit of 0. 004 mg/ml. Conclusion:The method is rapid, covenient and accurate for simultaneous determation of total Vc in fruit juices.
