摘要
目的 :建立许氏葡金胶囊中维生素C含量的测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法测定许氏葡金胶囊中维生素C的含量 ,色谱柱为AlltimaC18柱 ,流动相为 0 .0 2 5mol/L磷酸二氢钾∶乙腈 (1∶1,磷酸调节pH =2 .7) ,紫外 2 43nm。样品采用 2 %偏磷酸超声提取。结果 :加样回收率在 10 0 .0 3～ 10 4.61%。HPLC分离定量测定 ,其线性回归方程Y =85 412 .7+2 3 493 60X ,相关系数r=0 .9998(n =5 )。结论 :分析结果良好 。
Objective: To establish the determination of Vc in Hsu's Pujin Capsule. Methods: RP HPLC method was developed for the determination Vc in Hsu's Pujin Capsule on Alltima C 18 in 0.025 mol/L KH 2PO 4 methanol (1∶1, v/v, pH 2.7 ) as a mobile phase (0.8 ml/min). The UV detection wavelength was set at 243 nm. Vc was extracted with 2% HPO 3. Results: The recoveries were 100.03～104.61% and the linear equation was Y =85 412.7+23 493 610 X . The correlation coefficient was r =0.999 8( n =5). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, and accurate.
