综述了滴定法、光度分析法、高效液相色谱法和电化学法检测食品中维生素C含量的最新研究进展,并比较了各种方法的优缺点。
The thesis summarized the latest research advance in the detection methods of vitamin C in the food,including titration method,high performance liquid chromatography,spectrophotometry and electrochemistry method,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of different determination methods.
